What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your account stays active but you'll need to subscribe to Pro to keep accepting bookings and using the dashboard.

When does the fee change?

Immediately after your first Pro payment is processed. All bookings from that point on use the 2% rate.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Is the platform fee on top of Stripe fees?

Yes. Stripe charges their own processing fee (~2.9% + 30¢). Our platform fee is separate.

What counts as a booking?

Any appointment where the client pays through Stripe Checkout. Cash payments have no platform fee.
