Information you give us
When you create an account or book an appointment, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. Business owners additionally provide their business name, address, service details, availability, and banking information for payouts (processed by Stripe — we never store raw card or bank account numbers).
Information we collect automatically
When you use Pocket Reserver, we collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this data to maintain security, diagnose errors, and improve the platform.
Information from third parties
We receive account information from Supabase (authentication) and payment status information from Stripe. We do not purchase or receive personal data from data brokers.
With businesses you book with
When you book an appointment, the business receives your name, email, phone number, and appointment details. They may contact you directly about your booking.
